Refund policy

 

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns and refunds to original payment method are not accepted.

If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact Huamoo Amigo Farm within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and original packaging. Approved claims may be eligible for replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Refunds are not provided for buyer's remorse, improper care after delivery, or natural variations in plant color, size, or form. All claims are reviewed individually and final decisions rest with Huamoo Amigo Farm.
