  • All plants are shipped soilless to comply with agricultural regulations and minimize shipping stress

  • Orders are carefully packaged to protect roots and foliage during transit

  • Plants ship fast from California, reducing travel time

  • All plants are professionally acclimated and inspected before shipping

Shipping schedules may vary due to weather conditions or holidays to ensure plant safety. We reserve the right to delay shipment during extreme temperatures.

Winter & Cold Weather Shipping

To protect live plants during cold weather, Huamoo Amigo Farm may implement winter shipping precautions.

  • Orders shipping to cold regions may require a heat pack

  • Heat packs are available as an optional add-on 

  • Orders may be held during freezing temperatures to ensure safe transit

  • Heat packs reduce risk but do not guarantee protection from extreme cold

  • Damage caused by customer-requested shipping during unsafe temperatures is not covered

  • Shipping delays due to weather are for plant safety and are not grounds for cancellation

Our priority is shipping healthy, viable plants, not rushing unsafe deliveries.
