Products & Availability.
All products sold are live plants. Natural variations in size, color, and form are normal and expected. Product photos are representative; exact appearance may vary.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time without notice.
Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or inventory errors.
Shipping & Risk Acknowledgment
Live plants are shipped soilless and carefully packaged from California. By placing an order, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with shipping live plants, including weather delays and transit stress.
We reserve the right to delay shipment during extreme weather conditions to protect plant health.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns and refunds are not accepted.
If a plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, customers must contact Huamoo Amigo Farm within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the plant and original packaging. Approved claims may be eligible for replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for proper plant care upon delivery. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or improper care after arrival.
Limitation of Liability
Huamoo Amigo Farm is not liable for damages resulting from improper care, environmental conditions, or delays beyond our control once the order has shipped.
